Taner Topcu is a seasoned C suite executive and entrepreneur, currently serving as the Managing Partner of Crosslinks Elite Realty and the Chief Operating Officer of Arthill Auction House Dubai. With more than three decades of leadership experience across real estate, investment, government services, business development, and customer experience, he is recognized for driving organizational growth, operational excellence, and high-impact partnerships.

At Crosslinks Elite Realty, Taner oversees strategic direction, business expansion, and premium client engagement across the UAE’s competitive real estate market. His leadership focuses on building high-performing teams, strengthening investor relationships, and positioning the company as a trusted advisory partner for luxury property transactions.

As COO of Arthill Auction House Dubai, Taner leads operations, commercial strategy, and organizational development for one of the region’s emerging auction platforms. He is responsible for operational governance, business performance, and the execution of growth initiatives that elevate Arthill’s presence in the art, collectibles, and luxury asset sectors.

Prior to his current executive roles, Taner held senior leadership positions at RAKEZ, TECOM, Aabar Investments, and Dubai’s Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA), where he built a strong track record in business development, stakeholder engagement, and operational transformation.
Taner holds a bachelor’s degree in public administration from Anadolu University in Türkiye and is fluent in English and Turkish.
